Drop Off and Collection

All children should be accompanied to and from school by a responsible person.  All our year groups have separate entrances, please drop off and collect your child from here at the beginning and end of the school day. If for any reason you are late coming to school, please bring your child to the school office. We will then ensure that your child gets to their classroom safely. 

All children will need to be collected from their classroom. If you will not be collecting your child from school, please notify your child’s class teacher, preferably in writing, of the person who will be collecting them that day.  If you will be allowing another person to collect your child on a fairly regular basis, please also put this in writing.  Further confirmation by telephone will then not be required. If for any reason you are delayed collecting your child, please telephone the office – we can then look after your child until you arrive to collect him/her. 

Please let the class teacher and the office know of any change in the people collecting your child from school.
